Host 2 India Technologies does not allow the following contents
in any of its accounts.
Virus,
Torjan or other form of programs that might jeopradize the performance
of Host 2 India's or Host 2 India customer's hardware or software.
Pronography
or adult materials.
Information
that considered to be confidential of vital to any Fedral or State
government.
Supporting
terrorism - directly or indirectly, pyramid schemes, fraud finacing
etc.
Host
2 India also reserves the right to suspend or terminate any of its
account.
Please
report system abuse to abuse@host2india.com
SERVICE
Host 2 India reserves the right to cancel its service to any of
its account. In the event of cancellation, the customer will be
refunded on pro-rata basis.
Customer
may cancel their account at any time. Refund will be on pro-rata
basis.
No
refund will be made for trial accounts, domain name registrations.
Set
up fee if any will not be refunded for any of the accounts .
BAND WIDTH POLICY
Dedicated Servers :
Host
2 India will use the 95th percentile measurement rule to calculate
the additional bandwidth used above the base amount. 95th Percentile
Measurement Rule Host 2 India’s Bandwidth Measurement System
collects the data points for average input and output traffic flowing
through each line connecting customer's equipment to the Host 2
India network every five minutes, 24 x 7 days a week. Over the billing
period, the highest five percent total traffic data points are discarded.
The highest of the remaining data points are designated as the 95th
percentile usage value.
The
95th percentile value of the total traffic is used to determine
the additional bandwidth usage with respect to 'Base' usage bandwidth.
Other
Accounts:
Host
2 India will impose bandwidth restriction or throttling if any of
its customers [ account ] might jeopradize the performance of the
server.
The
following applications are not allowed
1.
Data Entry FTPing.
2.
Medical Transcptions.
3.
Using as a FTP server for massive downloads.
DISCLAIMER
In no event shall Host 2 India or its staff be liable for any direct
or indirect damages which includes loss of use, data or profit arising
in any way connected with the use of Host 2 India services.
